Ten NCR schools take part Ridge Valley School’s BOOK AMOUR’16 championship

Gurgaon (Haryana), Feb-6 News: Ridge Valley School (RVS), Gurgaon celebrated its 3rd annual literary festival ‘Book Amour 2016’ with much fanfare.

The theme for this year was ‘WordsWorth’. More than 10 schools from the NCR region participated in various competitions like Just A Minute, Spell Bee, Declamation, AD MAD and Liter-Arty. The event commenced with the welcoming of the participating schools and eminent judges.

The most riveting competition was the Spell Bee quiz. The quiz master was the versatile Mrs. Manisha who enthralled the audience with her quick wit. The festival truly radiated the essence that RVS firmly believes in, which is, ‘Books are a uniquely portable magic’.

Mrs Guneet Ohri, the Principal, closed the event with a vote of thanks to all the participants and all the judges.

Delhi Public School, Sushant Lok, Gurgaon, emerged as the BookAmour 2016 champions.
